An Organization is typically a business entity or operating unit you want to manage separately (e.g., a subsidiary, region, or brand). Each Organization can have its own vendors, spend data, and reporting.

What counts as a "Data Source"?

A Data Source is a connected system or account you ingest data from (for example: ERP/AP, procurement system, expense platform, cloud drive, or other integration).

Do included credits roll over?

No—included credits reset each billing period.

Do purchased credits expire?

Purchased credits roll over. If you cancel, any unused purchased credits remain available for a limited period.

What happens if I run out of credits?

On Free: processing pauses until next month or you upgrade. On paid plans: you can buy top-up credits or enable auto-charge to avoid interruptions.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What's your cancellation policy?

You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export your data any time. After cancellation, we retain your data for a limited period to support reactivation, then delete it permanently.
